  • I don’t know my passion
  • What are my passions in life?
  • What is my passion in life?
  • How do I live with passion?

Here is the table of contents of everything you’ll learn in this guide:

1.) Why You Should Find Your Passion In Life
2.) Discovering Your Passion In Life*
3.) How To Find Your Passion Test
4.) How To Live Your Passion

Why You Should Find Your Passion In Life

The reason you should find your passion in life, is simply because it is what leads to living a happy life.

Have you ever had moments in life where you were walking down the street, or maybe you were looking out at the scenery, and this feeling comes over you, and you can’t help but think, “I feel fucking amazing!”

I have, many times, and I know for a fact, that when I was in the military, I never had those feelings.

Who wouldn’t want that?

If finding your passion, meant you could have days like that, wouldn’t you want to?

Or how about this…

Let’s say you lived until you were 80 years old.

Would you want to live a mediocre life until you were old and frail?

Let’s say absolute worst case scenario, you started trying to find your passion at 20 years old, and you didn’t find it until you were 70.

If taking 50 years to find your passion meant to live the last 10 years of your life absolutely fulfilled with so much passion and purpose, wouldn’t it be worth it?

If you’re answer is, "Yes it would be 100% worth it!", then this guide is for you.

I’m currently laying on Dreamland Beach in Bali, Indonesia writing this, listening to the waves crashing away. It’s absolutely perfect!

If you had the choice between living a happy life or an unhappy life, which would you choose?

You just might say, you don’t have an unhappy life.

But the real question is, do you have a HAPPY life?

That’s the tough question that most people fail to answer yes to.

It’s an unfortunate truth, but it’s exactly that..... the truth.

As long as you can acknowledge the truth, you’re half way there!

Not really but....it sounded cool.

So obviously you should see why you need to find your passion and purpose in life.

It’s not a want, or a should, it’s a MUST.

It is your moral obligation to yourself, your family, your spouse, your kids, and to the greater good of humanity that you find your passion in life.

Let me ask you this,

What if Steve Jobs never found his passion in life, and carried on with his college degree and found good job?

What about Oprah and her passion?

What if Nelson Mandela never did?

Ghandi?

Albert Einstein?

Walt Disney?

I could go on forever but hopefully you get the point.

If you have younger siblings, or maybe you have kids, what if learning how to find your passion, was the spark they needed to find theirs?

Wouldn’t that be worth it?

You have to remember, that finding what your passion is in life, goes far beyond just you.

Many people will try to say that you are being selfish, if you are actively seeking what truly makes you happy.

Don’t let them hinder you.

You owe it to yourself, and everyone who you love, to find your inner voice and your gift to this world.

Discovering Your Passion In Life

Before you go any further, I want you to know that by proceeding through this guide, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that the journey to find your passion can be a long, hard and painful one.

There will be ups, way ups.

There will be downs, way, way downs.

You’ll feel incredible feelings like you’ve never felt before, but you’ll feel the most painful feelings than ever before.

There’s a reason why most people do not live a happy life, nor are they filled with passion.

It’s because if it was easy, everyone would do it.

I wake up at 4 o’clock in the morning and am asleep by 10pm.

I live by the motto,

"To be successful, you must be willing to do the things others won't do, in order to have the things others won't have."

It’s a tough journey but well worth it, that’s for sure.

So let’s continue on how to discover your passion.

Discovering you passion can be done by many ways, but it’s really a personal choice.

Discovering Your Passion Through Books

You can discover your passion by reading books,

There’s many great books out there by incredible authors and people who help people discover their passion, for a living.

I’ll give you a few authors to check out, but they may not resonate with everyone.

But it’s up to you to find who you like and what you don’t like.

Simply search the following in Amazon or Google:

  • Gary Vaynerchuk
  • Lewis Howe’s
  • Level Up Your Life
  • Tony Robbins
  • Millionaire Success Habits
  • The Magic of Thinking BIG

If you are looking on Amazon, at the bottom of each page, you’ll see ‘related titles’, or ‘people who bought this, also bought’.

You can seriously go so deep down this rabbit hole forever.

Discovering-Your-Passion-In-Life-With-Audiobooks.JPG

Discovering Your Passion In Life With Audiobooks

Maybe you’re not a fan of reading, and you prefer to listen.

You can check out Audible Audio Books and download any of those books above.

This can be great, but be warned it can be aweful as well, depending on who is reading the audio book.

I wouldn’t recommend listening to Millionaire success habits, it sounds soooo boring, but it’s truly an amazing book.

Just not an audio book.

  • Gary Vaynerchuk does a great job with his audiobooks.

I listen to these during cardio workouts, walking around, or just laying at home.

I love them.

Here’s a trick, you can listen to them at 2x or 3x the speed, while also reading the book, you’ll hammer through books in a breeeze and teach yourself how to read faster.

How To Discover Your Passion Through Podcasts

This one is another favorite of mine.

Download a podcast app on your phone and start listening to different ones.

You could even type into google, How To Live Your Passion Podcast

And you’ll get a bunch of results.

I’ll give you a few podcasts that are my favorite, but it will take work on your end to find what really sets your whistle.

  • Tony Robbins
  • Addicted2Success
  • SelfMadeMan
  • School of Greatness
  • Alex Charfen

When you hear some of the amazing stories on these podcasts, you’ll be blown away.

It’s amazing how some people can go through so much, but turn it all around and create some amazing things today.

While listening to the many interviews, you’ll also discover new people to look into.

Find-Your-Passion-Through-Courses.jpg

Find Your Passion Through Courses

This next one is big!

You can learn a lot through the books and podcasts, but I want to introduce another piece that could really catapult you much closer to finding you passion.

That is through courses.

I mean, courses online that many of the people I mentioned above, offer.

If you are not willing to invest money into helping you find your passion, then you should just go back to your mundane life.

If you wanted to learn scuba diving, you could buy a book for it.

But let me ask you a question, would you learn more from an online video course, or a book?

Most likely the online video course!

You’re able to see things the instructor wants to show you, rather than trying to explain how it works through a paragraph.

You can learn tennis by a book, but I’ll tell you, when I invested in an online video course, my game went way up!

On your journey to finding your passion, you’ll hear dumb comments from people when you buy online courses,

“Why would you spend that much when you can just buy the book? It has everything you need, you don’t need more than that.”

I like to call these people bottom feeders... (pretty self explanatory)

I’ll give you a list of people you can research to find courses they may offer:

  • Tony Robbins
  • Mike Dillard Self Made Man
  • Marie Forleo
  • Ramit Sethi
  • Patt Flynn
  • Marisa Murgaytroyd

There’s so many people and so many amazing courses to learn anything you ever wanted, especially on how to find your passion.

Courses can range anywhere from FREE to tens of thousands of dollars, depending on what you want to learn.

Finding-Your-Passion-Through-Events.JPG

Finding Your Passion Through Events

This next one is a fun one, but can be a costly one.

It’s going to live events.

One even I’ll always recommend is Tony Robbins UPW Unleash the Power Within.

I went in 2016 in Sydney Australia and it was the most amazing four days ever!

I’ve been wanting to go back, but life has different plans for me at the moment.

Those four days cost me about $2,500.

That’s tickets, flights, accommodation and food.

If you think you can get the same thing by watching YouTube videos, your only kidding yourself.

When you’ve gone 15 hours in a day, and it’s 2 o’clock in the morning, with 5,000 people around you dancing like crazy, you have no idea.

Tony Robbins knows exactly what he’s doing during his events, and there’s a reason the tickets cost thousands of dollars.

It’s worth it!

I would say if you can, go to at least one event a year.

When you put yourself in that environment, it literally changes you!

Many of the people at these events, they truly live with passion, and those are the kinds of people you want to surround yourself with.

As you can see, it doesn’t matter if you are saying to yourself, “What is my passion in life?” Or maybe “What are my passions in life?” Or perhaps you feel “I don’t know my passion.”

I’ve given you so much so far, that if you truly put in the time and go after it, you’ll make some incredible progress towards finding your passions and purpose in life.

I don’t expect everyone to implement everything I’ve just laid out, unfortunately only a small percentage of you reading this will actually go after it.

But if you’re reading this right now, your much further than most and your chances to success in finding your passion is high!

I have one more thing that will help you immensely when learning how to discover your passion in life.

Are you ready for the....

How To Find Your Passion Test

I left this one to last because I think personally it has helped me the most and I truly believe it can help you too.

If you haven’t already, you can actually go to Google and search for things like:

  • How to find my passion quiz
  • How to find your passion quiz
  • How to find your passion in life quiz
  • And so on....

You can find all kinds of things, some are great, while some are just glorified horoscopes.

I’m going to save you a lot of grief and time, and give you TWO of my favorite ones that I continue to go back to and reference, when I’m making big decisions in my life.

Find Your Passion Through The "16 Personalities Test"

This is an amazing personality test and one of the best.

I’ve recommended it to many people and always had such an amazing response of gratitude from them.

There’s two kinds, a free version and a paid version.

I recommend the paid because you’ll get a huge 100 page in-depth PDF of your personality type.

It breaks everything down in Career, Relationships, Parenting, and a few others.

I wish I read this when I first got into high school.

I don’t know about you, but when I got into highscool, I felt like I just didn’t fit in anywhere.

So all throughout highschool, I thought there was something wrong with me.

I remember way back when I started to read about my personality type, the Architect INTJ, my years of highschool would flash before my eyes.

There was nothing wrong with me at all, it was just my personality taking shape, and it was okay to be who I was.

I also remember after I left the Canadian Army, I said, I probably would have enjoyed it a lot more if I was an officer.

Then while reading the part about careers, it said exactly that.

I wouldn’t enjoy being a non commissioned member, but would prefer an officer role.

This personality test is amazing and always keep it close by when making big decisions in your life.

It can truly help.

It can also help you in finding a partner.

Some personality types get along perfectly and I’ve found this to be true on so many occasions.

It’s so shocking.

I won’t explain this one too much, because you can learn everything you want on the site, but I’ll explain what I loved about it.

From the test, I learned I’m a Mechanic.

I discover more efficient ways how systems can work.

While reading this one, I kept thinking to myself, “That’s why I do this...” “That’s why I do that...”

So many "aha!" moments I had while going through this one.

What I also loved is that you get an audio book of your profile as well.

This was amazing, and to this day, I’ll still take this out to listen to it.

There’s actually an entrepreneur retreat here in Bali, Indonesia that is run by these guys.

It’s something like $7,000 though.

So maybe not yet.

Another thing too, is you learn other successful people who are like you.

  • Ray Kroc - McDonalds
  • Jeff Bezos - Amazon
  • Henry Ford - Ford
  • Also, the owner of Walmart, Sam Walton.

They were all Mechanics.

You can relate to them so much it’s amazing and so inspiring.

I’m sure, from those two tests alone, you’ll be a totally new person.

You’ll be happier, more confident, sexier, and just down-right amazing.

Even if you still have yet to find your passion.

And that leaves us with last but definitely not least....

How-To-Live-Your-Passion.jpg

How To Live Your Passion

If you think of someone who is living their passion, what do you think they would look like?

Would they be slumped over?
Tired?
Cranky?
Anxious?

Probably not!

They’d be what...?

  • Smiling?
  • What about standing tall?
  • Would they be laughing?
  • Would they be excited?

How do you think they would be breathing?

Shallow or full?

Do you think they would need a reason to be happy?

Or would they just decide to be happy?

The sooner you realize that emotions are a choice, the sooner you take control over your life.

By now you should be picturing someone who is standing tall, walking confidently and smiling a nice warm welcoming smile.

That is exactly how to live your passion.

That person may not even have found their life’s passion or purpose, but they don’t care because they are most likely on the way to find it.

And because of that, they are living their passion.

You can live your passion today, even before you find out what your passion is.

Just be on the journey to find your passion and you’ll be able to live it easily.

You can still be asking yourself, what is my passion in life, but it’s different now.

Can you see that?

Final Thoughts on Finding Your Passion

Thank you for reading this if you’ve gotten this far.

I hope you find what truly makes you happy, and I hope you get lots of knowledge from everything I’ve shared with you to help you live the life you’ve always wanted and deserve.

Everyone has a passion and purpose in life.

It just takes time, money, and hard work to find it.

But once you do....

Everything else just falls into place.

And for what...?

Usually to try and impress other people.
