Yesterday conversation with SDO
Yesterday was my 3rd day at the internship and I met a man there. He was at good position(rank) there. Even the irrigation system of a whole city was under his control. He was talking about the frustration during the job. He was telling his previous incident in the department of irrigation and was making us aware of the situation that sometimes a time comes when a person gets frustrated and just tired of everything. He wants to leave the job and want to go somewhere else. Then that is the actual time of your test how you handle the situation. He said, In his previous days he got frustrated about the work and his behaviour was changed with everyone. He started remaining angry. Then his senior dealt with him. He said I always thank my senior because he helped me in handling the situation otherwise I may have left the job.

Mindset
Now coming towards the article, the point was simply about frustration. But in actual it was more than that.
Ok let me tell you about the types of mindset:
1-Fixed mindset (In this you remain conservative about your ideas and most of the time people become negative mind because of it. They think that their every idea is perfect and others are saying wrong)

2-Growth mindset (Contrary to Fixed mindset, Growth mindset has plenty of space for the change and especially for the acceptance of change. Acceptance of something is more important than something. A person with a Growth mindset always sees the brighter side of everything. He always wants to try new things so that he would learn something new. He is not based on the old vision. He focuses on the broader pictures of life. His sole purpose is to make a better version of himself. He is not afraid of challenges and never frustrates. Such a person is a self-motivation for himself)

Your writing skills aren't bad, they are being developed and improved upon with each post you write aka reframe to a Growth Mindset :). I believe mindset is an important determinant of peak performance. I wrote a post on the same topic. Similarly to what you've articulated here through stories, mindset drives our behaviour; how we respond, make decisions and meet challenges. And yet, it is often widely underestimated in entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems as an essential factor to our success. Thank you for expanding the dialogue!
