Virtues of Humility

Humility is a positive attitude that exalts the man or woman who possesses it. Humility makes you have a pleasing personality. It makes you a likeable person. It gives you unique charm.

However, you must differentiate between humility and subservient attitude. Do not become a foot mat for everyone to walk on and think that is being humble. Know yourself. Respect yourself. Place a high value on yourself. But do not intimidate anyone or treat anyone with disdain. Respect other people, respect their opinion.

Humility does not make you a weak person. No, it shows you are courageous and secure about who you are. Insecure people are usually the ones with a repulsive attitude.

When you truly have peace and love within, you will become more tolerant and empathetic towards others. Aggressive and proud people definitely have some wrong things going on in their lives. Humility is your sign of strength and inner peace.

Humble yourself and see how the universe and everything in it will exalt you.
