Sandy Wexler is a fictional character played by Adam Sandler in an American comedy directed by Steven Brill written by Paul Sado and Adam Sandler, he was an outlandishly obnoxious talent manager that worked in Los Angeles in 1990s, trying to make a group of clients on the edge of the line in show business and also trying to make them happy without thinking about himself sometimes. How in the world is that possible?

This was a true life story and it is really amazing to know the entertainment world once have (or maybe still has) someone like Sandy portrayed by Sandler in the Drama/comedy themed movie.

Movies based on true life events touches me deeply and I am very sure a whole lot of people feel the same way too, in the drama film; Sandy Wexler will do everything to satisfy his clients (newly found talents) by jeopardizing his reputation, one of his talents, a singer played by Jennifer Hudson who fell for the tricks of a producer (gangster) despite Sandy’s efforts to prevent her from getting hurt. He had placed his career and social life on the line to make her an A-list artist.

Wexler fell in love with her artist, many would say clouded all his actions, but as an entertainment manager, he manages several other upcoming acts like wrestlers, comedians and many more.

Nobody wants to hear the baseline truth about them, but Wexler really cared about his talented artists and often tells them the truth even if it hurts them and makes him lose them to another talent manager. Frankly, it is a hard choice to make but real friends should not hide in each other’s shadows and flaws.

Sandy was a character to be emulated by many of us, without selfish he sacrificed a lot for his upcoming acts even though most of them ditched him after gaining stardom.

“You are going to be vigilant, dedicated, watchful, keen, ready, prepared, cautious, alert and on the ball”; Rules of work, Richard Templer.

Sandy executed this rules of work for his friends (acts) even when he was bankrupt, he was still on alert and looking out for his upcoming stars. Good friends like this are rare, Sandy was never a judge of character, and he viewed people around him like he sees himself.

In conclusion, always help in any capacity like Sandy Wexler without selfish interest and gains. Bottom line rule to be a Sandy Wexler is, do not hold grudges, this clouds the good side of any human irrespective of how nice they are. Sandy forgive all his stars that ditched him after gaining stardom, this gave him prestige of being the best manager in Hollywood!
