To be an All State NFL Champion- You have to get Drafted and To be a Ballon D'or Winner- You have to start from a soccer Academy and play in a football league not just playing video games and PS4.
Becoming a war hero, requires you must be a combatant soldier and to become an Army General, you must have survive many wars after getting enlisted. Winning Grammy/Oscar means you started Acting or be on a Musical Career path for a while, nobody win Academic awards from reading alone and not studying in an educational institution.
Everyday we dream and aspire, these literal dreams could be a manifestation of a dream while sleeping, ideas and strategies come and if not put to actions remains void and appears like a mirage to a thirsty traveler.
Most aspirations doesn't actualize because no actions was taken, and it could take some dreams a short time to come to reality while it take some decades to actualize, both used cases are far better than not having a dream and having a dream and not taking actions to achieve such dream is as good as not having any aspirations.
In essence, in achieving these dreams, actions must be taken whether good or bad ones, in the end our choices of steps/actions counts when those dreams are finally achieved.
