It gets harder when we try to measure astronomical success without co-operation of individuals of a common goal. In fact, a good number of us consider it nearly impossible. Working solo on our own, we can only do so much and it just wouldn't be enough for the rest of the world to benefit from. However, by channeling our resources, our time, our efforts and talents to come together to achieve a common goal, we reach even bigger better milestones in record time and everybody wins.

Think about it for minute, all the great minds at some point needed people for whatever it was they were trying to accomplish. Take Gandhi for example, without the support anc co-operation of millions of indians at the time, he wouldn't have accomplished all that he did on such a larger scale. So did Napoleon and his soldiers, so did Roosevelt and a lot of other istorical figures.

With a common goal and a supportive team-environment with everyone working to achieve it, humans can do a lot more than a single multi-talented individual can over time. A true leader, and to mae sure tha ndividually, everyone is fine and happy with their roles and are working to make it happen. It really isn't about him as much as it is about the whole team.

Because teams make dreams work better, it's okay to get trusted people onboard your ideas and to reason with people who would help you go farther than you're willing to push yourself. Teamwork helps you realize that you really cannot have it all, and that there are areas you might not be the best at anyways. It exposes flaws hidden in your plans and designs. It's always helpful to have an extra eye go through your work, it's always helpful to have an extra hand pull up a project and help you set up. Also, if you've seen a few action blockbusters, then you'd reckon that it's always cooler to say 'let's do it' that getting all beat up on your own.

So, the next time you plan on making that big move, consider getting a team to roll with ya. Chances are, you'd need them. And you'll never know until you do.
