I approach this topic as a consequence I see with concern that young people today suffer a lot from depressive states and that it attacks both women and men, but I will only write about the ladies, since the causes are different in them, with this post I want to help mothers and family cope with this terrible evil that lies in wait for our youth, from my own experience.

When a girl is born, everything is magical, everything begins before birth, when the obstetrician tells us, your baby is a girl, an indescribable emotion begins, we begin to weave, sew, decorate and decorate in the most beautiful color the rose or colors cakes, that if the tendrils, the slave, finally we receive with great joy and wrapped in flowers, stuffed animals and balloons, that new life that moves us to tears of emotion.

And the girl grows and develops, becoming a beautiful girl, since being a woman is something great and if we have the happiness of achieving the goals together with family members who have valued and helped to turn into reality, they feel fulfilled as people. However, this is not the fairy tale that usually accompanies those dreams, since they do not always travel a path without thorns, due to multiple factors such as: very different changes, sensations or sufferings.

Sometimes they are attacked by a feeling of sadness and do not know why, this situation and this appears at some stage of life or at any time, and this type of feelings is very varied, which are accompanied by sleep disorders, loss of appetite, they become irritated, lack of concentration in daily activities, and worse than when we try to inquire, there is no justified reason for them to feel so badly emotionally.

This can be due to a depressive state, which is a mental disorder that is very frequent in the female sex, this depression is mostly suffered by women since according to studies, men tend to suffer less from depressive states, or perhaps it dissimulates very well and the girls tend to be very expressive and diaphanous.

This depression can appear at different stages of girls' lives such as:

Adolescence: when they reach this stage, when they are not girls but not women, depression is accentuated more, hormonal change also contributes as they begin to feel very unstable, variable mood, they feel that they are misunderstood in the desire to live fast life, they begin to see how they change their physical appearance and suffer if by chance they tell him something about this change.

Postpartum: here in this new stage of life, it leads women to very drastic emotional, biological and social changes, as a phenomenon of adaptation to their new life, since they must carry a responsibility to be a mother, but all These discomforts can be overcome with doses of: affection, understanding, and above all, the patience of relatives and friends, thus achieving the balance required by the mother and her newborn child.

Menopause: at this stage there are emotional and physical changes in the woman, who feels infinities of discomfort due to hormonal changes, they also feel that they are no longer productive and when thinking about the separation of the children, she assumes the responsibility of taking care of Elderly parents or grandchildren and live different roles in the family, thus aggravating the depression picture. All this leads to feelings of nostalgia, loneliness and uncertainty.

Solutions that help overcome depressive symptoms: The most important thing is to seek help from a good specialist, such as: clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, since they are trained to help and effectively deal with these situations, they should not expect to find a way out, or to close in on themselves. talk to the specialist this serves as an outlet for these problems and will help a lot in therapy.
