This afternoon I was reminded again ...
... that it doesn't matter if you are a big whale or a small minnow.
We'll all end up the same way as a stinking cadaver in the big blue sea or at the beach.
No matter how many STEEM, SBD, Euro or USD you have. No matter how powerful you are.
When your time has come everybody will cover his nose because you're stinking!
OK - there is still a difference between big whales and minnows
The difference is popularity.
Being a whale will attract a lot of people even if you're dead. Nobody would move his/her/its ass for a minnow.
Also, they would not move the sand on the beach to build a small hill so one has a better view of the cadaver.
In this case, they really made a small hill, so you can have a better view.
The moment I took the photo nobody stood on it but I can assure you it was visited a lot.
What happened to this whale?
The whale was hit/hurt by a big boat/ferry and floating in the sea in front of our seaside. The authorities decided to pull it to the beach to have some control. Tomorrow morning they will remove the cadaver.
Moral of the story
Think twice about your popularity.
Try to make a difference before you get popular like the poor big whale that stranded on our coast today.
