The Henna is basically a very organic dye that comes in a powdered shape, it's extracted from the Lawsonia inermis plant which is also known as " Hina " this plant is mostly found in the Middle East.
Here are some benefits of using Henna :
Because it's organic, when used to dye your hair it gives a natural shinning orange color and unlike other products Henna won't damage nor hurt your hair on the contrary it will strengthen it and reduce hair lost.
It's effect on body injuries such as wounds, Burns and scrapes is amazing, because of its natural cooling abilities it doesn't just suck the heat out of the skin but il also adds a layer to it, protecting it from stranger pathogens.
If you're all about healthy nails then Henna is the best choice for you, you see if you drink water in which leaves have been steeped, it would make your nails stronger as it reduces cracking and eliminates inflammation.
Henna is also very useful for people who are suffering from sleeping disorders, just put some oil of that plant in your herbal regiment and it would do magic for you.
Last but not least, when used to paint on your skin it looks sick! It's like having a temporary tattoo, don't worry it will go after a while ( a month or so) but it still looks so amazing and it's all organic!

My wife uses it for hair coloring as she is ginger.
Yeah my grandma uses it too, she likes having orange hair haha.
