Today I will talk about another technique to boost our energy and stay mentally revive the whole day; as part of my series writing - "Energy booster technique"

It is a simple technique to remember but hard to follow. But if you really want to succeeded in life you must have to follow this. And that is-

Limit complaining:

Complaining is like smoking in my opinion, its feel great while we are complaining about others, but it's really harmful in long run. Have not you noticed that the people who complain the most are the most dissatisfied and unhappy in their personal life? They don't understand that complaining doesn't solve anything, and it sucks up all our energy into resentment and self-righteousness.

As a human being we must complain about what make us uncomfortable. But if it is taking more than 5% of our time when we talk to somebody, then we should step back and think.

People may make our life hell or we may pissed of their behaviour. But we have to think constructive and make a path way for the solution and have to figure out a better solution.

Complaining is a hard habit to get rid of. We think it is worth doing complaining to get things done in a righjt way. But believe me it will make things hard. But imagiene, everyone around us don't have the habit and don't complain about anything. How blessful that would be. So why not starts with you.

Let's don't complain and find a better way to stay energize and happy. If we could keep our mind revive and happy, our energy will autometically boost up.
