How do you get rid of abandonment issues?

I believe we all feel abandon in some stages in our life. But we fear to approve that and talk about that. We don't realize how harmful it is for our mental health. 

After my graduation all of my friends get busy in work, they spread around different part of the country and outside the country. We had a few communication and past long time without seeing each other. It harts very much. But I deal with it and stay strong that time.

The first thing you have to do is to deal with your emotion and accept the reality. It will help you most. 

> Deal with your fear. Open up to yourself. Talk with your inner you about why this is making you fearful to be abandon? 

> Identify what benefits you will not get if people abandon you and what would be the scenario if you left alone. This is important to deal with the reality.

> Stop over thinking. It will you. Accept that everybody have their own priority and choice for there life. If you are not fit in there life it is very much ok. Don't make yourself feel worse for that.

> Adopt a positive approach. Life may give you a bad lesson but don't give up. Don't make yourself fearful. Don't let you think you are worse so that people left you. Be positive. 

> Make bounding with friends and family. Social connection will give you energy to stay positive and the power to fight your fear of abandonment.
