Have you heard about this new Amazon Program? Amazon is enlisting the public to start a delivery business to deliver Amazon packages.
About two weeks ago Amazon rolled out a new program for "Delivery Service Partners" or (DSP's). For $10,000 Amazon will help you start a business operating a fleet of 20 Amazon delivery vehicles and employing 100 people. You'll deliver Amazon Prime packages.
This program just recently opened up. Starting a business for 10K is pretty attractive, as there's not many "real businesses" with equipment that you can get started for 10k.
Initially this kind of peaked my interest, however knowing how Amazon is and how they operate I have a feeling the fleet owners in the end are not going to wind up making all that much money.

@acheever first you need to join the Amazon Associates program which is there affiliate program. You use that to create affiliate links so the same way I recommended this dog brush in a recent video you find a product you want to reveiw or talk about, you create a custom link and then when people click that link and buy you earn a commission, normally about 4% but depends on the product category

Is working on the site country-specific?
You can market to people anywhere in the world where people can buy items from amazon. As far as if your asking if anyone from anywhere is permitted to be an affiliate, I'm not sure on that, I'm in the USA so i am. You'd have to check the TOS on the page I linked to or just try to signup and make sure your country is an available option
