Cool is down is a slang used when you want to tell somebody to calm down or reduce his/ her anger to the minimal level.

The phrase is used when a being is angry beyond control. Therefore i will be focusing on a dangerous mood called ANGER

Anger is an expression of annoyance. It is the display of displeasure , it is also an emotion one feel when he/she is been treated unfair or unjust.

To many, Anger has become a lifestyle, it has become an habit. Someone dont need to upset them before they get angry, it is their nature. But lo, it would have destroyed so many things before they can calm down.

CAUSES OF ANGER

  1. PRIDE: So many take get angry before of they are so proud and they need to get angry to voice out their class. You dont need to get them angry, they get angry at intervals just to create awareness of their status.

  2. GREED: The root of all evil is money but still its what is the foundation of good things. Some people get angered at the mention of money. They think all the time that they should have the larger share or they think they are been cheated.

  3. REMEMBRANCE OF PAST EVENT: Many people in life havw gone through different hard times and they dont want to remember them as it has cost them a lot of pains. Any events that reminds them of it makes them get angry.

  4. CHASTISEMENT : Some people believe anything they do is correct, so they tend to get angry whenever they are corrected. This also shows the level of maturity of those kind of people.

  5. LACK OF UNDERSTANDING: Understanding is key to peaceful co-existence. Many at timea because of some people level of understanding or stubbornness they refuse to understand issues and flair up .

  6. LACK OF PATIENCE: Patience is one of the greatest virtue one can posses. Anger is an opposite to patience. Many at times all we need is patience to calm down fury situations.

HOW TO AVERT ANGER

  • Have a listening ear

  • Be patient

  • Be humble

  • Dont transfer agression

  • Understand situations

  • Have the mindset of a peace maker.

  • Say the truth at all time.

  • Seek for the truth before acting

  • See everyone around you as your familly.

  • Seperate yourself, stay alone and think.
