Taking Up Full Responsibilities

No matter what anyone can do to help you, or assist you with something, there are things that are exclusively preserved for only you, and you must do that - not just doing it, but taking full responsibilities for what becomes of it.

For example; no matter how good and bright your friend's eyes are, you cannot read your books with their eyes, but your own. In the same way, even though we have been made to understand that "you would need help to achieve success", but the greater work rests on your shoulders.

Any system that would place the absolute responsibility of the outcome and issues of your life on someone else is a very irresponsible system. The start of maturity is not with the accumulation of age, but when you are willing to take responsibilities for your actions; and not just your actions, but your inactions as the case may be.

Some people, when they fail to get something right, they would resort to the next available excuse to give, just to evade punishment. But the truth is; this does not indicate maturity at all. The time you used to cook up excuses and lies can be invested into getting the right action done. No one would judge you as a failure from your first mistake, but they will if you refuse to rise from your mistakes and get things done rightly.

The sincere truth is; no one will assume your responsibility for you. So not until you have made up your mind to take absolute responsibilities for the outcome of your life, your maturity would be questionable.
