The Value Of True Friendship

Sometimes, you may not need the best people around you, what you should earnestly desire for is the right people. No matter how capable someone is in performing a task or solving a challenge, what matters is the availability of the person. This is the reason availability comes first before capability.

Believe me, there are some secrets you can feel comfortable in telling your friends that not even your relatives would know about. Also, there are some helps that your friends can render to you that even your brethren may not have provided. This is the reason I have said it countless times that "true friend" is absolutely indispensible in the actualization of your dreams - this is because they are like the family you have chosen for yourself.

You may not have a choice of the family you were born into, but you definitely have a choice of the acquaintances and friends you make. This is why you should apply wisdom in your selection.

Look beyond the immediate to the future when making your friends. If they are not enroute to the same destination with you, then you might need to reconsider your steps. Remember this; even though friends are indispensible in your "making", you can be grossly marred if you choose wrongly.

The truth is; your friends have more influence on you than you have on them, so you need only the right people around you.

However, to get the right friend, you should also be a right friend. Make yourself friendly by all means and you will not lack true friends. Much more than that, you should also place value on your friends.
