Love Yourself and Others

Hi stemian, a few days ago I did an adventure with friends while relaxing myself. What an amazing adventure and really made us refresh again with a little spur of our energy and adrenaline.

So today I want to write an article about how we should love ourselves and others.

Loving others. Anyone ever do that although the way of different. Say hello friends and friends, to see relatives sick, cooking delicious food for husband and children, buy flowers to lover heart, or accompany parents while listening to the story of their lives in his youth, is forms of compassion us to anyone. And indeed, the action harmless.

However, which often we ignore precisely the opportunity to love yourself. Especially when should treat a family member or relatives who need full attention. Parents no longer do the activities of daily, married sick in a long time, or children with special needs in need attention and special handling.

The following there are tips from me how to love yourself:

  • Learn to express your feelings.
    Share sadness and disappointment with someone you trust, do not let it be kept in your heart. Your mood will feel different after the burden of feeling is expressed.

  • Do not compare yourself with others.
    Too admiring what others have, and ignoring the advantages of self will envy. This situation often turns into self-hatred, therefore, never consider anyone higher than yourself.

  • Defend your rights as a human being.
    Do not let yourself be treated badly by others. When you put yourself under the pressure of others, they will always expect you to be perfect, and angry when you upset them.

  • Learn to relax.
    There are many books, tapes, videos, courses, and other materials that can teach you how to relax. Relaxation will refresh the mind, make the body healthier, also release the pressure and tension.

  • Time to play.
    Remember that the only reason we play is for fun. Remind yourself that you have the right to have time to play.

  • Do not forget to laugh, especially laugh at yourself.
    Look for cuteness on the things around you. Occasionally, do silly things that people unexpectedly think.

  • Stretch your muscles.
    Sweat! No need for expensive sports equipment or so the health club members are expensive. Just do it on foot, bike ride, or up and down stairs.

  • Practice being always positive and passionate.
    Every time you encourage others, you not only feel better, but you also build your inner spirit.

  • Pay attention to your spiritual life.
    Sit quietly, listen to the voice inside you. Take time to think about the things that bring peace, beauty, and serenity to your life.
