Ingredients that need to be prepared:

1: pork stuffing (250 g); 2: glutinous rice (50 g); 3: shallot (10 g); 4: ginger (8 g); 5: cooking wine (3 g); 6: salt (8 g);7 : white pepper powder (6 g); 8: chicken juice (4 g); 9: potato starch (3 g).

Step:

1: Soak the glutinous rice in clean water for 3-4 hours, then drain the water;

2: Chop a shallot and ginger with a knife;

3: Put the pork stuffing, ginger, shallot, cooking wine, salt, white pepper, chicken juice, potato starch and water (10 ml) into bowl, then stir evenly in one direction, then marinate for 10 minutes;

5: Add water to the pot to boil, put the glutinous rice pork balls into the pot and steam for 20 minutes on the fire;

Matters needing attention: 

1: glutinous rice must be soaked in clear water for 3-4 hours in advance, it will be more sticky after steaming;

2: Pork stuffing needs to be prepared in advance, or it can be made with beef stuffing;

3: After the meat stuffing is put into the seasoning, it must be stirred in one direction, so that the meatball made of meat stuffing will be more elastic;

4: After steaming the glutinous rice balls, it is best to wait 2-3 minutes before opening the lid.
