Sociability is over rated lol
We are only capable of dealing with so many people
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunbar%27s_number
And anything more will make us unsociable .....
But real face time with others is needed not digital face time .... I think we have to many unwanted people in our monkey spheres these days that force their way into our lives through life work school and the monetary system, so its messing with the natural order of things ... these are people we would not associate with under different circumstances so the digital world allows us to disassociate with the people we are around who hold little to no interest to us and bring those along we do have interest in ... allowing us to ignore the others around us rather than having your brain melt by having to hold a conversation with someone that causes the thought "this conversation can only end in a gun shot" to go through ones head lol

Dunbar's number
Dunbar's number is a suggested cognitive limit to the number of people with whom one can maintain stable social relationships—relationships in which an individual knows who each person is and how each person relates to every other person. This number was first proposed in the 1990s by British anthropologist Robin Dunbar, who found a correlation between primate brain size and average social group size. By using the average human brain size and extrapolating from the results of primates, he proposed that humans can comfortably maintain only 150 stable relationships. Dunbar explained it informally as "the number of people you would not feel embarrassed about joining uninvited for a drink if you happened to bump into them in a bar".Proponents assert that numbers larger than this generally require more restrictive rules, laws, and enforced norms to maintain a stable, cohesive group.
