A modern triangular building

You now I live in a small city in Tuscany (Italy) and if you watch some pics online about the region where I live you can understand that the most part of the buildings are ancient buildings or new buildings in a ancient style. This is because here (in some areas) there are some laws about the style (the architecture, the colors, etc) of the new buildings to  give a nice "look" to our beautiful areas. Because of this, it's not so common to see a modern building here. In the pic you can see a modern triangular building in my city:

This building is in a recent neighborough at the end of my city and it was built thanks a project by a famous local architect  who (in the '70)  thought about a popular area to give new houses to the city with new parks, new shops and services too. The idea was great and so the municipality started to build the buildings and the roads there, but everything was really slow and at the end just few part of the project was realized. At the moment, for example, there is just one park in that area and nobody want to open shops there because a lot of bad people live there. Ok, you have to think we are a small city, so  the percent of crime is not so high, but there are differences between that area and the other areas of the city . 

Sure, not just bad people live there (for example, I know a lot of good failies who live there), but it's not a simple area and so the Municipality use to encourage activities and events to do there, to improve the quality of life in that area.

Even if it's a popular areas, it's a nice modern area and I like this building, also because it looks like a sort of sailing in a green sea (because there are a lot of green area all around that area) .
