Collection of small fish caught by fishermen

The fishermen are collecting small fish caught by using nets, they are working hard to get these fish.

The way they use the traditional method, more than 10 people work together, to produce this much fish.

Then this small fish will be sold to the market, and the money earned will be shared by the average fellow worker.
This is a form of cooperation carried out by fishermen every day to fulfill their daily needs.
