Do you demand respect just because you are elder to someone? Well, to be honest, respect is not related to Age, Gender, Caste or Color. You should not discriminate anyone on this basis of all these things. If someone is talking nice to you whether a 6 year old kid or 60 year old person, you tend to talk to them nicely in return.
