We must always strive to become the best version of ourselves. Our best will not always be enough but it certainly doesn't mean that it is not a thing worth striving for. Because when we don't have anything to strive for, we have no purpose left in our lives and without any purpose in our lives, our lives become meaningless. And the moment our lives become meaningless, we succumb to nihilism.
So it is of utmost importance that we strive to become the best version of ourselves.
