Do you really know yourself?

Have you noticed some of the behaviors of the people around us (or yourself):

In life, some people squeeze toothpaste from the back, and some people always squeeze where ever they want; Some people always in a hurry, like to do it the last few minutes or even late and feel very excited, and some people always plan ahead, never miss the time; Some people always check the weather route in advance when travel, bring all kinds of spare supplies, and some people just leave with a backpack and decide where to go on the spot.

In the 1920s, Dr. William Moulton Marston, an American psychologist, developed a theory to explain a person's emotional response. He designed a character test method that could measure four importance-to-factor.

The four factors were dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance, and the method was named DISC by the first letter of the English name of four factors.

True character cultivation: character is dynamic, not static.

Understanding the character of oneself and others is the basis of learning application, when we understand that others and ourselves are so different, when we put down the concept of "always want to transform others", we are not weak, but more confident and powerful to inspire others, challenge potential, achieve goals, respect for character, effective traction and adaptation more valuable.

At the same time, we also learn how to get along better with different people in interactive collisions, don't always think, "How does this person do this, why do you do things like this?"

Of course, more in-depth: Understand our own behavior "motivation" to understand our own pros and cons, and then use our pros, expand, and reduce our cons; The character is dynamic is not static, and no character can be a reason for us to let ourselves go.
