Why you shouldn't get angry?

To be a good supervillain it helps to always be panicked and outraged.

What I've learned in the past years is that anger has a lot to do with how our body chemically reacts. Hormonal imbalance is one thing that puts us thru an emotional roller coaster ride. Watch what you put into your system. That way, it helps you manage your emotions. There is a good reason why monks eat what they eat.

Monks act slow, they don't rush. That's why they're always mindful, watchful and aware of what they're saying, acting, eating and doing. They're very peaceful

Mostly people who easily get angry are not peaceful.
They're always worried and fearful.
I guess they need enough knowledge to learn more not only on the physical reality but also spiritual reality.
It takes time to be peaceful and joyful.
I hope we could achieve that and be hopeful that time will come we will get that peace and joy we're meant for.
For me, its not wealth, power nor popularity that will make us peaceful and joyful. Its our good character and virtues that matter.

The most challenging part is to deal with difficult people and he keeps provoking you with harsh words. But you could not avoid to deal with him. hmm
