Walking

There are many ways to exercise and I agree that you should start with simple exercises and  then as time goes, do more complicated exercises. However, you don't have to do complicated or difficult exercises. There are simple yet very effective ways of exercising that you can manage to do daily. On of these exercises is walking.

Walking is something we all do in our everyday lives. Walking and having the ability to walk is a great blessing. We should not take this for granted, walking is helpful with everything that we do. Besides for that, walking has a various amount of other benefits for us too. 

First of all, walking is great for weight loss and maintaining toned legs. It helps us to develop muscle and is great for our physical appearance. It strengthens your joints and bones and keeps you active which is helpful for avoiding laziness and increasing your energy levels. 

It is helpful in maintaining a healthy heart and reducing high blood pressure. It helps with blood flow which is great for your whole body and organs. It also reduces the risk of getting injuries. It increases your metabolism. Walking also improves your mood. 

I love a good walk. I like to walk just before it gets dark. I normally walk between 4pm or 5pm. I definitely see a difference in my overall well being as well as my mood. When I walk, I feel good, I feel healthy, I feel positive and I most certainly see an impact in my health.
