"Run for your life": Beach run in Le Morne

Important is to start running before the sun ☀ gets too hot, e.g. 06.00 AM, and before the #kitesurfers invade the beach.
Running 🏃 on this beautiful Saturday morning, with the love of my life, Gigi, and the second one, our dog 🐶, Süße.
After this arduous run, dipped my "hot" body in the fresh Indian ocean, with both of them, and then in the pool.
Now I feel even better, another beautiful weekend can start.
