In Israel everyone needs to go to army. Once you get your weapon handed over you are obligated to carry it 24/7 even in your free time. Failing to do so is punished with prison!

What is gun violence like over there? Gun control is a huge issue in the States right now.
Gun violence is very low as soldiers are being educated properly also civilians are not holding any weapons
