Meal Tray #04

Today, I had kiwi salad, a slice of steamed fish, fried squash with dried shrimps, tofu with sesame and soy sauce, and black rice.

I'm recently interested in Keto meals so that I've been watching Youtube videos about it but I feel frustrated because most of ingredients are not easy to get in South Korea. Especially, avocado is really expensive here so it's necessary to find alternative foods. Relatively, it's quite easy to get higher quality of sesame oil and various vegetables, which helps me a lot to keep this diet.
