After several days of heavy rain in which the city's river grew, it has now returned to normal.
The weather is ugly now, but it does not rain anymore. Last year, at this time, I was hearing 40 degrees and looking for a cool place. Now it's 25 degrees and no sun.
The weather changes from one year to another, especially in winter. For two years there has been almost no snow and temperatures are high.
