Every time the weather is nice on Tuesday, I plan on getting my oldest niece from her new highschool making it into an active bike ride. That's exactly what I did yesterday and it was a joy. My mother made on of those dishes where it's easy to overeat like crazy despite it all being vegan and quite healthy and I couldn't contain myself eating way too much of it. Somehow I still haven't fully managed to get back into intermittent fasting and weight loss mode but I'm confident to reach my goal between 60kg-62kg near the end of november.
