Decision Time: Should I make the jump to off grid living?

The opportunity presents itself and I'm wondering whether I can do it. If it weren't for spiders I'd be all in already. 14 acres! No bills! Much more spacious than the 4runner.

I view it tomorrow. At the very least it will be a good alternative to bouncing around until I find a place I'm ok with.
