On the day of her departure, the profile included many contacts, including candidates, and therefore has great potential for recruiting additional employees, so switching the profile to another company appears to be a "theft" of the contacts to another company.

But in my opinion, in the given case, the profile belongs to the employee. Because the BlinkDain profile is essentially built on the personality, resume, resume and complete work of one specific person, it is inappropriate to use the same profile under another name. In addition, all the connections that were acquired to the profile are the product of the profile owner rather than the company that dealt with it, since he physically devoted his time and worked to "nurture" the profile.

In addition, although the company invested in the dozens of LinkedIn employees, but as it is said - Sigal is considered the recruitment champion in the networks and was therefore accepted by itself to another leading company. From this it can be concluded that most of the development of the profile and recruitment of employees was done thanks to its talent and abilities, and therefore the company should not be credited with the full connections it created in profile, even if they were potential candidates.

Since the dilemma is logical and can happen in many companies, it may be worthwhile for the company to open a professional profile for recruitment workers. This profile will serve him as a tool for his work by virtue of his position and will not be used for personal purposes. Upon leaving the profile together with the professional relations will remain in the company.
