How do I get my life back on track? #3

Good question. And the answer is less complicated than the problem you are dealing with. Time to leave that derailment behind you.

#3. Realize that you are not your problems!

Exactly. You have problems - but you are not them. And that's a big difference.

Why?

Because changing yourself is difficult. And if you feel that you are your problems, it feels like they are unsolvable.

But your problems are separate from you. And that makes them automatically soluble.
As long as you can look at it with fresh eyes - and take the steps needed to reduce the problem - you can finally free yourself from your problems.

And dont forget:

Everybody can benefit from having good problem solving skills as we all encounter problems on a daily basis; some of these problems are obviously more severe or complex than others.

It would be wonderful to have the ability to solve all problems efficiently and in a timely fashion without difficulty, unfortunately there is no one way in which all problems can be solved.

I agree with you in a way,the moment we feel that we are our problems, the problems feel unsolvable although in reality,we may be the cause of the problems sometimes.
