Cebu Crime Case: Organ harvest?

Face skinned, stab wounds in the neck, and without any undergarments and with the latest update some of the victim's organ meticolously removed.
16 year old teen found dead in in a vacant lot in Lapu-Lapu Cebu City, last week.
This one of the most henious crime commited in the Philippines.
Initial findings said it was committed by a common junkies, but there should be more behind the story.
Organ removal was done with surgical precision and cant be done without any training.
Every Filipino cries justice for Christine Silawan, and to restore Death Penalty for rape cases.
In my own opinion, whoever did this crime deserves slow and agonizing torture.

I never thought this could happen in real life. ive seen the uncensored pic of the victim's face its cleanly peeled off, and now with the latest update from the forensics, some of the organs are missing. It was removed with surgical precision.
