You need to be the person who works their ass off to be at the top of their game.

You need to be the person who is so focused on long-term improvement and self-awareness that everything else fades into the background.

I have become more and more obsessed with this method to playing the long game.

Focusing so hard on skill in spades and letting your actions speak for themselves!
