These are things that I repeat daily to myself. It is so important to chase after the things for which you carry a great deal of passion and ambition for.

When you look at others walking this journey called life and you see what makes them tick, you can see that many people have dreams and ambitions that are being smothered by their reality.

Their need to please society and please their family and whoever else is looking over their shoulder.

It's sad to me that people do not spend more time following their passions.

In fact, I look around to those who are close to me and I see them just wallowing away their lives.

They wake up early in the morning.

They go to work.

They go to a bar after work.

They go home.

They watch Netflix.

Then they do it all again.

What kind of life is this? Does this sound like a life that you would want to live? It sure doesn't sound like the kind of life that I want to live.

To me, a life worth living is one that is mixed with hardship and with glory.

Sometimes you need darkness so that you can experience the beauty of the light!
