Looking Up ~ The Vortex

The Stanley Hotel, located in Estes Park, Colorado, is among the most famous haunted locations. This is where Stephen King, staying with his wife in Room 217 as the only overnight guests the night before the hotel closed for the winter, was awakened by a nightmare of his 3 year-old son being chased screaming through the hotel corridors. The Stanley Hotel became "The Overlook" and that dream became The Shining.

The staircase between the hotel's floors is known as The Vortex, a rising spiral of spiritual energy. So, what better place for some #lookingup pictures? If you haven't heard, #lookingup is a tag created by @melinda010100 in response to @pixelfan posting looking-up images in an effort to inspire the price of crypto to rise. Okay Bitcoin, Steem, et al...climb onto the vortex and launch to the moon!
