This is a romantic love story about a guy, Kelvin a rich and popular high school kid that is the head of a gang known for hanging out at different bars and clubs to drink all the time after school session. A junior student who wanted so badly to be among the clique approached Kelvin and asked if he could be among there gang. Kelvin accepted and told him to meet up with them at midnight for the gang initiation. It was midnight, the initiation ceremony began. Unfortunately, the junior student wasn’t strong enough to withstand the pains of the initiation. Left almost half dead by the gang members, Kelvin could not just turn a blind eye; he had to call police and a rescue team to save the junior student and surrendered himself to the police. Few days later, due to the connection of his dad, he was released from cell and left straight for the hospital to see the junior student in a bad shape.

He regretted his actions and apologised. Kelvin was in school the next day to meet his gang members. Not quite long, the principal sent for him and served him his expulsion letter to leave the school. Kelvin got home, told his parents about the expulsion. His dad arrived the next day with his son to the school to beg on behalf of his son. The principal accepted but on one condition, he joins the school choir group to partake in there rehearsal in there forthcoming competition coming up. He accepted the offer. 

Thursday was the time for the rehearsal; he got to the choir auditorium and noticed the leader of the choir band is maudlyn the daughter to the catechist were he worships every Sunday. Maudlyn is a beautiful lady, Kelvin has known since nursery school but hardly noticed her because of her nerdy nature and religious way of life. Kelvin was finding it difficult singing the lines for the competition, so he approached her for her assistance. She accepted to teach Kelvin but gave him a condition; “do not fall in love with me.” Kelvin bursted a resounding laugh and saw it as the most foolish idea. He can’t imagine himself dating a nerd. They began practices at the choir auditorium after school but one thing kept disturbing Kelvin, his reputation in school was at stake because of the type of girl he was hanging out with. A time came when Kelvin was with his clique of friend, maudlyn approached him and told him she will be expecting him after school for the practice.  He replied her “in your Dreams.” She felt hurt but her mature response embarrasses Kelvin. Later that night, Kelvin came to her house asking after her, the scary look from her dad almost made him wet his pants. Luckily, maudlyn came to his rescue after further interrogation from her dad. He apologised about how he treated her and promised to changed his behaviour.

They became close friends, he was know longer ashamed of her and as time went on, he gradually withdrew from his old friends. They get to know each other and a spark of romance buds between them. 

It was now time for the choir competition, maudlyn astounds Kelvin and the entire audience with her magnificent voice. When maudlyn finishes singing towards the end, Kelvin kisses her, which was never part of the rehearsal. Everyone cheered them and they turned out to win the first price. The next day at school, maudlyn was avoiding Kelvin because of what happened at the stage. It lasted for almost a week. He did everything to win her back but she shielded him. Kelvin didn’t have any idea on what to do, so he asked one of his gang member to watch her every move closely but secretly in order to avoid suspicion. One day, on her way back from school, she was attacked by street hoodlums close to the school premises, luckily Kelvin’s gang member could site everything from afar and quickly called Kelvin to come with the rest of the gang that his girlfriend is been attacked. Within a blink of an eye, Kelvin and his friends got to the crime scene, fight off the hoodlums and took her safely to the house.

She eventually warms up to him again. Kelvin asked her on a date but maudlyn refuse, saying her dad won’t permit her to go on a date. Kelvin summoned courage to meet the catechist, for his permission to allow his daughter go out on a date with him, bringing up that he’s looking for a chance at redemption with her. The catechist initially didn’t agree but later changed his mind.  They went out on their first date to an amusement park for a roller coaster ride. They shared a romantic and life changing experience together. During the date, maudlyn passes out and she’s rushed to the hospital by Kelvin, who later informed the dad the hospital they are located. Kelvin was devastated when he heard his girlfriend has been dying of blood cancer all this while and for the past two months, her body has stopped responding to treatment. He confronted maudlyn to tell him the rumours his hearing about her isn’t true. She confirmed it and told him it was the truth that was why she refused to tell him, so he won’t feel pity for her. The more reason she told him not to fall in love with her. Kelvin out of desperation met his father to help maudlyn out. He did all he could financially but her health kept deteriorating. His clique of friends, heard what maudlyn was passing through and came to show her their support.

Days later, when all hopes was lost, maudlyn was discharged from the hospital. Kelvin asked her to marry him, she tearfully accepted and they got married in the same church her mum got married to her dad. Maudlyn handed over a book of her deceased mother to him and tells him maybe God sent him to help her through the rough times of her life and Kelvin is her guiding angel. Few months later, maudlyn lost her life.

Six years later, Kelvin is a graduate and a medical doctor. He visits the catechist to return maudlyn’s book and wept bitterly for maudlyn not witnessing a miracle. He consoled him and disagreed with him saying maudlyn’s miracle was Kelvin. Her father reassured him that, although she’s no more, she is with him. He finally understood that love is like a wind, you cant see it but you can feel it.
