When people have conversation and ask each other how they are then they lie very easily as we are happy, i am great, going great and having fun, but they hide their pain in heart because they don't want to feel alone.
Yes, we all are mad in different aspects and we all are emotionally driven and these emotions are sometimes becomes lava and these kind of emotional eruptions made our lives difficult because it's difficult to handle our emotions most of the time.
No one is right or wrong and everyone is driven by their current situations of life and we cannot please everyone so we have to concentrate on our work and not on others because everyone is passerby's.
