Mushroom umbrella variegated - Macrolepiota procera

Today we found a couple of such beautiful fungi. This mushroom is not only beautiful, but, it is also very tasty. This fungus grows very large.

Several such mushrooms can feed the family for a day. You can fry it, cook soups from it. Still, take a whole mushroom cap and dipped in flour and beaten egg, then fry in a frying pan, like a chop. It turns out very tasty and satisfying. I have not tried it, but they say umbrellas can be eaten raw.

We did not collect mushrooms for our large family, they continued to grow where they grew up.

This fungus is a relative of poisonous fly agarics. Sometimes you can confuse. I say that the fly agarics are poisonous, but, that's only part of the truth. And among the fly agarics there are edible species.

Another great feature of umbrellas, they look great in photos.
