Dryocosmus kuriphilus has laid some eggs on the Castanea sativa
The Dryocosmus kuriphilus / chestnut gall wasp [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dryocosmus_kuriphilus ] originates in China and is probably imported by infected plants to Europe in Italie it seems to be a real problem since they grow the Castanea sativa / Sweet chestnut [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castanea_sativa ] for food , not sure why they like to eat chestnuts but ok .
And today i spotted them for the first time in my own country, it seems that they don't really have natural enemies here as far as i know this might be a real problem .
