Guacamole
Mit diesem exotische Wort bezeichnet man einen Avocado-Dip.
Der Ursprung dieser Köstlichkeiten ist aus der mexikanischen Küche.
Das Wort Guacamole stammt von dem Nahuatl-Wort ahuacamolli, was so viel wie „Avocadosauce“ heißt, es besteht im Grunde aus zwei Worten, und zwar aus āhuacatl ("Avocado") + molli („Soße“, wörtlich „Gebräu“).
Und nun mein Rezept!

Bei uns regnet es seit gestern, das hat die Natur jetzt aber auch gebraucht und ich werd mich auf den Weg in den Wald machen um zu schauen ob die Pfifferlinge sich zeigen 😉

Ich hab bisher noch nie welche mit Apfel probiert, sollte ich bei meiner nächsten Portion unbedingt mal ausprobieren.
Bei mir darf jedoch Zitrone nie fehlen, super lecker!
