PSA - Grantcoin to Mannabase Core Wallet update - you need to check address compatibility

I got an email overnight that GrantcoinQt will need to be upgraded to MannaQt, there are some address incompatibilities, here is the link to the full explanation from the website:

I see also the GitHub has a new manna repo that was updated very recently
