But, the world is undoubtedly changing. The changes are quick, often dramatic and, in most cases, not as they were expected and predicted at the turn of the century. Instead of a so called "new world order" we have a growing chaos that can turn into an all-out war at any moment. Localized wars can expand. Hybrid warfare between large forces can escalate into something way bigger.

And instead of the projected "American century", we are witnessing a decline in American hegemony. In the non-materialization of the new world order and the American century, it is in fact a link because some of the key players in global politics have understood the new world order as the American century. And now American reactions to the decline of their own power are the main maker of chaos.

This year, the UN General Assembly has shown a good picture of the situation and relations in the world. The US has changed the session partly into the circus and partly into defamation and threatening, and the rally was preceded by the UN, while senior state officials promised state revolutions in the background. I am not mentioning this in order to awaken negative feelings towards the US, but because such behaviour affects the institution in which it is happening. The US withdrawal from the nuclear agreement with Iran was a serious blow to the UN's authority, which stood for the agreement, the trust between countries and international law. Now, the General Assembly of the institution, established for international collusion and the prevention of wars, has been turned into a threatening and hindered war in hypocrisy. And since the UN was conceived and established as a key element of a peaceful regime after the Second World War, its devaluation is an important aspect of the disintegration of that regime.

Measures in the economic war against Iran are aimed at endangering the people. No more of that precious love for people who suffer from tyrannical rule. The American regime now says straight away that its goal is to inflict the pain to ordinary people. The same is true of Syria. After the failed terrorist plan was overthrown and the majority of the Syrians supported the rule of law, a representative of the US regime empowered to Syria declared that "they will make life (in liberated Syria) unbearable as possible. "
