Hey Fellow Steemians,

I've been wanting to do posts for #MarketFriday for a while siffing thru photos we have taken, so finally we are in time to post in the initiated by @dswigle, the perfect post to start with is a small Farmers Market in the old air hangers on the wharf in Catalina Bay, Hobsonville Point selling fresh New Zealand produce, produced by artisans.

Welcome to Catalina Bay Farmers Market Hobsonville Point.

If your driving down to the bottom of the market rather than leaving your car on top and walking down steep steps you will be invited by this beautiful view first.

Construction is still happening in Catalina Bay area, in the Summer time apparently Little Creatures Beer Garden opens up, which is a beer produced in Aussie under the Lion Nathan Brewery Company.

Fresh produce provided by Salty River Farms which are in Wellsford that make there way down to the Catalina Bay Farmers Market every Friday, Saturday and Sunday while picking up fresh spray free produce from other farmers to sell on their behalf. They sell a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh small farm eggs, quail eggs, A2 fresh farm milk, olive oil in bottles or you can bring your own bottle and full up your self, Seed - seed crackers which are simply delicious being gluten free, processed sugar free, dairy free crackers.

Fresh Cheese cut to order

Cured Meats, with a selection being Gluten Free.

Baked pastry's, sweet delights and bread.

One of the few vendors that cook food onsite to order The Mussel Man with a Kiwi Favorite a Mussel Fritter being one of the products he whips up on his grill...

Fresh Oysters only when it is in season from the man that sells fresh wild Salmon.

There are a few other stores also like Sushi, Fresh Juice, Breads, Fresh Meat, Coffee, Organic Beans and Grains, Honey and organic honey skincare, Flowers, Drinks, Italian Bagels, Fresh dog food, Dumplings, Cupcakes and cakes, and a few more... You can check out the markets website Here

Friday: 11am - 7pm - Not all Artisans are open
Saturday & Sunday: 8.30am - 2pm

OMGosh! I want it all, including the oysters! What a beautiful place this is, especially the view you get when you first arrive!

You really have such a nice variety of foods at this market. How are the prices compared to the grocery stores? Are they better? Of course, I would pay extra just to have the freshness of these markets.

The mussel fritters are a yes please for me! Yummy delicious! You have really put out a great market and I appreciate it! Happy #MarketFriday!
