A Shelved Indian market
Let's see a small city's Indian market - A market where you buy beautiful Indian clothes. While there is a variety of markets in India, the one below is a big shop of Indian clothing, they have clothes in shelves, well packed as per sizes, designs and colors. The customer sits in front on a bench and then the shop keeper shows them clothes one by one as per their choice preference. I think this way of shopping does not exist in US or other western countries, but this is quite popular in India. I visited with my sister and then we bought three piece from the store. The stores generally can be small one room shops or the other times they can be big stores with multiple floors.
We visited a kid's store as well they keep clothes in boxes and then the boxes in shelves. They show clothes one by one as per the size and design specifications customer asks for.
Then while we were roaming around, we also enjoyed a lemon drink from a street vendor. These drinks are very refreshing and fresh. They keep the water in earthen pot which helps in keeping it cold. And put lemon in it. Serves 20 rupees per glass.

I think the only place I have seen it where the costomer sits and items are brought are a shoe store. Beautiful images.
Oh yeah, point, I wonder if they these kind of clothing shops in other countries, or its just india.

I went to one in Charleston SC. They brought shirts out. This was a very high end store (somewhere I don't frequent.
I think it is uncommon in the US.
Oh yeah.
I personally do not prefer such stores. I like display stores and shop on my own, just check the design and the price tags and make the decisions
I prefer to shop on my own as well. I like to get what I am looking for and get out. Lol
Exactly look for it, pay for it and get out. No human intervention needed. :P

It must really be fun shopping in your country if it involves being personally attended like that. Where I am, you just pick your clothes and try them on and that's it.
hehe yeah pick, try and pay is also what we have here. But this king style where they come and attend you is also present in lots of stores :)
