Stocks could rally 20% after this bruising rout, says Guggenheim’s Minerd — after that, watch out
This is not the big one. At least that is according to Scott Minerd of Guggenheim Partners.
He is forecasting that we could see a 20% bounce from where the markets are now. The last month witnessed a powerful pullback that has many fearing we are heading for a market collpase.
MInerd believes the big one is coming, just not yet. After a possible 20% bounce, he sees a correction of at least double that.

If the Fed tightens without looking at data we will get a larger correction. Historically we are still not even close to the levels of volatility of past. I welcome volatility as an options trader.
