The transfer window was slammed shut on Thursday by 12 am, there were some cool deals and some brow-raising transfers especially on the deadline day. News of some stars leaving but never left, and some stars coming in but never came.

I would be bringing out a list of the 20 clubs competing for the English Premiership, starting from least to the club that spent most.
