This review is about the "Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara"
I honestly have to say that I have tried many Mascaras over the last years, especially in the makeup schools we had quite a few. What I noticed is that there isn't really a difference. It doesn't matter if you are buying drugstore or high end! Of course, you can have a terrible drugstore mascara but the same could happen with the overhyped product...!
The main differences are:
The color, for example, Black isn't really black but goes more into a greyish which happens often to drugstore mascaras, but if you use Maybelline, for example, it isn't a problem at all you can save 20-30dollars!
The Mascara wand; You can have curved wands, thin and straight wands, thick bristle wands, rubber bristle wand etc. They all have a purpose and you can find them everywhere drugstore and high-end you have to find yours!
Ingredients... hmmm I am not a scientist but if you compare them it looks like the ingredients are all very similar. Probably the % of each ingredient is different, not sure don't claim me on that, but check it yourself!
If you are looking for a drugstore allrounder mascara that separates and adds an intense black to your lashes then this might be the right one for you.
