Denver Colorado most progressive city in the world?

in #medical5 years ago

Denver Colorado has just become the first city in the United States to de criminalize “magic mushrooms” yesterday. These psychedelic mushrooms will still be illegal to grow, buy and sell just as they always have been but, as of today they will be reduced to the lowest priority of police activity to control the substance.

I personally have never tried mushrooms, mainly because I’m not even curious on how they would make me feel. I have seen them several times and even learned a little about the cultivation processes but it’s just not for me.

Mushrooms have become more popular among adults in the past 5 years than ever before in my opinion. They are being used by many people who are into micro doses that last a very short time. Many say this magic mushroom is not a drug at all but, more on the side of medication to treat many things such as PTSD which is very similar to the reasoning many smoke marijuana. I know the ne thing both substances are organic plant matter and much better than any compound drug any doctor could prescribe you for your body.

The thing that has become obvious is that Colorado is the leader in changing the laws, rules and decriminalized organic “drugs”. I personally don’t really feel the neither marijuana or mushrooms are a “drug” and with more and more study done on both who know what our society might find out and how it could help all of us.

Taking magic mushrooms was by far the most important and influential experience of my life. For me it was an extremely spiritual experience. I think more people should take them - in the right head space of course. That's awesome that they have been dectiminalized in Colorado. Not sure why they are illegal anywhere though.

This is awesome. I’m not into them, but I don’t think they should be illegal. It’s a shame we have been locking people up for possession...

Colorado leading the charge. I see you mentioned it, but i heard soldiers have been using it to treat PTSD and the results have been very positive. It’s good to see things trending in the right direction

Mushrooms are used as medicine? It seems that it is an advance in the field of medicine in America. In my country, non-toxic mushrooms are made into delicious and high-value foods. I also like to eat it. It feels really good. Enjoy your day, Sir.
